Q. What is hosting?
A. Hosting is the service of having your website loaded
onto a computer which is connected to the internet 24
hours
per day.
Q. How long does it take to create my website?
A. We are usually able to have your new website complete
within 1 week.
Q. How do I change the text or images on my website?
A. This is very
easy to do using the content management
software which is provided as part
of your website
package.

Q. When will my website come up in the search engines?
A. As part of the creation of your site, websitewarehouse will
provide search engine optimisation of up to 8 key
search phrases. We then submit your website to the major
free Australian search engines (including Google). It
usually takes 6 – 8 weeks before your website starts
coming up in the search engines for your key phrases.
Q. What happens if I do not wish to continue my website?
A. We ask you to give us 1 month’s notice in writing,
after which we will take your website down.
Q. Who owns the new website when it has been created?
A. The copyright of each website design
is owned by websitewarehouse;
however the copyright of any images and text provided by
you is owned by you.
